Repair Station providing complete aircraft storage, demolition, and parking along with part-out and disassembly services.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Inspector to join our team. As an Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing the regulatory compliance and quality assurance aspects of our aircraft maintenance operations.

Responsibilities:
•Conducting thorough inspections of aircraft and components to verify compliance with FAA, OEM, and Customer regulations as well as company standards
•Overseeing and coordinating with maintenance personnel to ensure quality assurance.
•Reviewing maintenance records and documentation for accuracy and completeness
•Providing technical guidance to maintenance staff
•Collaborating with regulatory authorities and participating in audits
•Training, teaching, and mentoring inspectors and maintenance personnel.
•Monitor inspection staff to ensure all duties and responsibilities are being performed
•Providing feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of observed maintenance/inspection performed by the Repair Station.
•Accomplish internal and vendor audits as directed
•Ensuring Company Compliance with its manuals and approved data
•Maintaining records of maintenance, training, and tool calibration, as well as others as directed

Job Requirements
•FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate - Must be valid minimum of 3 years
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with 2 years in a Quality Control function and 1 year in a supervisory role.
•Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft systems, and maintenance practices
•Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
•Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
•Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
•Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory standards
