The Senior Associate Program Manager supports the Cabin Furnishings Value Stream with emphasis on developing and maintaining overall Value Stream schedules.
SCOPE OF POSITION
The Senior Associate Program Manager reports to the Director of Program Management.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
+ Develop and maintain project schedules for all Cabin Furnishings VS programs including engineering and production resource loading. Maintain an overall linked schedule to assist with resource loading and forecasting.
+ Work with Sales Support and Program Managers to generate pricing letters to the customers by assisting in the deliverable definitions and the resources required.
+ Lead design build team meetings to esure proper communication throughout the many departments.
+ Maintenance of sales orders to ensure that Revenue reflected on sales orders matches the budget and schedule.
+ Initiate sales order and invoicing to ensure timely remittance.
+ Help in administering returned customer parts and warranty claims.
+ Assist with Backlog Reports - run backlog reports periodically to ensure sales order accuracy and on time delivery
+ Maintain risk and action item registers on all aspects of the programs.
+ Communicate and maintain both internally and externally the change control process.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
+ Bachelors degree in applicable discipline with emphasis on project management or equivalent experience preferred
+ Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred
+ 2-4 years at Associate PM level I or equivalent experience preferred.
+ Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment a plus

+ MS Office proficiency required
+ MS Project experience desired
+ AX experience strongly desired
+ Normal office conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
+ Standard workweek may exceed 40 hours/week.
