Boeing Brazil Engineering is seeking Systems Engineers, reporting directly to the Systems Engineering leader of the Sao Jose Dos Campos, Brazil branch. This team of Systems Engineers will lead the foundations of revolutionizing airplane development at Boeing.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate among Systems Engineering to enable an optimized airplane development framework through the entire product lifecycle.

• Engage across the company to gather, integrate and deploy engineering standards, precedence networks, decision making criteria and Program Management foundations.

• Contribute to relationship building across customers, stakeholders, peers, and mentees.

• Drive continual improvement in solutions sets among Program development.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Relevant experience in engineering development.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics.

• Legally able to work in Brazil.

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):

• Experience applying Systems Engineering principals.

• Model Based Systems Engineering and Model Based Engineering application and toolsets.

• Flexible collaboration skills and experience with Agile methodologies.

Relocation:

• This position offers relocation based on candidates eligibility.

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work in Brazil. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.

This requisition is for an international, locally hired person. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work in Brazil and be able to travel to other countries in South America. Benefits and pay are determined in line with country rules and market practices.
