Description, duties, responsibilities
KaiserAir, Inc. is advertising an immediate opening for a full-time Avionics Technician. The Avionics Technician should have the ability to install avionics systems in aircraft, ring out wire harnesses, perform power checks, oversee system turn-on, perform operational checks, troubleshoot and correct wiring errors.
The successful candidate will: Hold a valid Airframe & Powerplant certificate; Have a minimum of 2 years of Business Jet Experience; Have experience working with Standard crimpers, Environmental crimpers, Daniel crimpers, Molex crimpers, HX4 and Seal crimpers; Be capable of working with minimal supervision; and Be a team player.

A successful candidate must possess the following qualities, experience and/or understanding:
- High school graduate or GED
- Ability to apply analytical skills to work activities
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationship internally and externally
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong work ethic with team-oriented attitude
- Must pass security background check and pre-employment DOT drug test
- Willingness to work overtime, evenings and weekends.
