We’re looking for an experienced Airframe & Powerplant Maintenance Technician with Inspection Authorization to perform all areas of aircraft inspections, repairs, and alterations to General Aviation piston single and twin engine aircraft with occasional turbines for FAR part 91, 135, and 141 operations in our maintenance shop on Paine Field in Everett, WA. Potential for supervisory or Director of Maintenance advancement opportunities.

Essential Duties:

  • Examine aircraft and engines for defects and make necessary repairs
  • Perform 100-hour and annual inspections and repairs
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
  • Keep records of maintenance and repair work
  • Lead other A&P mechanics
  • Assist the Director of Maintenance

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of piston single and twin engine maintenance experience
  • A&P License with Inspection Authorization

The Regal Air aircraft maintenance department is a full-service general Aviation shop on Paine Field, in Everett, WA. We are an authorized Cessna and Lycoming service centers. Crown Avionics is also part of Regal Air performing the install and servicing of most all the leading avionics manufacturer's products. we also support our fleet of flight school, rental, and charter aircraft. However, most of our maintenance is done on customer's privately owned aircraft.

The owner comes from the maintenance side of the business first, as an A&P with an IA, so ensuring that all aircraft coming through our shop are maintained to high standards is a mission priority.

Having been around since 1989, we are a family oriented company, we’re well-established in the area, and have an abundance of stable work lined up. We’re enthusiastic about airplanes, love to fly, and build great relationships through regular client and employee events.
