Responsibilities
+ Organize arrange and enter document data in accordance with established procedures.
+ Compare data entry with source documents in verification format to detect errors and correct as needed.
+ Enter fuel tickets into the application (s) daily to maintain established deadlines.
+ Assist managers fuelers suppliers and customers with inquiries resolving issues or escalating as necessary.
+ Perform general office duties inclusive of but not limited to filing answering telephones (s) composing correspondence.
+ Ensure a safe and secure operation in accordance with the highest standards of health safety security and all government statutory requirements.
+ Other duties as assigned.
+ Anticipated work schedule will be Saturdays and Sundays 8:00am - 4:30pm and Mondays 8:00am - 12:00pm.
Qualifications
+ Must be 18 years of age.
+ Pass a 10 plus year background check and obtain an airport badge.
+ Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
+ Possess a valid drivers license.
+ High school degree or equivalent.
+ Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.
