Description: A Technical Complaints Coordinator job in Morristown NJ is currently available through Belcan. In this role you will make certain that product complaints from different contact centers are processed according to SOP industry corporate regulation and customer standards and expectations. The products can range from drugs to medical devices to consumer healthcare products. To be considered for this role you will have three or more years of experience in a regulated industry (preferably healthcare) be able to work in a database environment with Microsoft Word and Excel as well as be able to work in a high volume atmosphere. To be successful you will have a strong sense of customer focus strong organizational and communication skills.
Technical Complaints Coordinator job duties:
• Support the technical complaint process through the management of complaint sample returns follow up activities and organization of investigation close-out
• Ensure the complaints are processed according to SOP’s industry and company guidelines and in compliance with regulations and customer expectations
• Case processing which includes triage data entry creating letters to complainants and 3rd party companies and secondary review of cases
• Interface with call centers investigation sites other company departments and complainants as needed to obtain all information to complete cases
• High school diploma (Associate degree in Life Sciences is preferred)
• Three or more years of experience in a regulated industry (healthcare preferred)
• Computer skills and the ability to work in a database environment with Microsoft Word/Excel and the ability to work in a high volume atmosphere
• Strong organizational communication and team work skills
• Strong sense of customer focus with customer service experience preferred
