Description, duties, responsibilities

Job Summary: Responsible for handling inventory operations including receiving, counting, issuing materials, and maintaining stock accuracy. Ensures stockroom is organized and supports assembly requirements. Key Responsibilities: Verify and receive incoming materials Maintain inventory accuracy through counting and system updates Issue materials and kits to assembly teams Perform cycle counts and physical inventory Resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom Operate forklift and company van for material movement Follow safety and PPE guidelines Requirements: High School Diploma / GED 1+ year of inventory/stockroom experience Experience with computerized inventory systems (Costpoint preferred) Forklift experience required Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry) Skills: Basic math and counting skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork Ability to handle multiple tasks Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Must follow PPE and safety requirements
