Focused on quality service and customer satisfaction ADI specializes in complete and fully integrated NVIS lighting solutions for aircraft designed to achieve a balanced cockpit that is optimized for both nighttime and daylight readability performance. Aero Dynamix has earned 27 multi-ship Supplemental Type Certificates STC on 41 different aircraft model types in addition to four EASA validations and has completed over 500 cockpit modifications on 33 aircraft platforms. Each civil aircraft modified by ADI is fully certified and STC’d by the FAA thus meeting or exceeding all regulatory guidance standards. We are looking to recruit a Quality Control Inspector who will work closely with the Quality Manager. This person will join the Quality team whose responsibility will include but not be limited to; Candidate must be flexible enough to work in various departments where normal conditions require the ability to multi-task under pressure. Our completed products are a direct reflection on both the individual filling this position and ultimately our company as the industry leader in Night Vision Products. Qualifications • Prefer candidate with avionics background • Candidate should possess basic knowledge of electronics • Candidate MUST be detail-oriented • Should have ability to multi-task under pressure • Candidate should possess the ability to read interpret drawings schematics • Candidate must be experienced in working with the following instruments tools used for inspection ú Calipers ú Radius Gages ú Pin Gages ú Power Supplies ú Digital Depth Gages ú Digital Multimeter Responsibilities • Reading and interpreting company and customer drawings • Perform in process inspection of Edge Lit Panels to drawing specifications • Verify luminance using a photometer • Read and interpret specifications from drawings • Final inspection of finished product insuring it meets all specification • Label units according to specs and finish all paperwork.
