Corgan is actively recruiting an experienced Planner to join our growing Aviation Practice in Dallas. The firm is currently working on innovative and challenging projects throughout the U.S. and is pursuing new opportunities overseas. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented highly-motivated individual seeking progressively more responsible assignments on a variety of aviation projects with previous experience planning terminals at medium to large airports. Experience in the aviation field and a willingness to travel is required. Knowledge of current aviation industry regulations pertaining to airport terminal planning is required as well as Federal Aviation Administration FAA Advisory Circulars and orders. Knowledge of International Civil Aviation Organizations ICAO airport design operation standards and International Air Transportation Association IATA planning standards are a plus. Candidates must have a professional degree in Airport Management Planning Architecture or related field plus 1-5 years experience in the aviation field with recent aviation planning assignments. Candidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should be proficient with AutoCAD Word Excel and other graphics related programs. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite SketchUp Revit or other 3-D modeling programs preferred.
