Line Service Manager Duties and Responsibilities; Interact and assist customers with a positive &39;can-do&39; attitude. Supervise line service technicians and adhere to and promote all company safety practices and policies. Respond to all service needs of aircraft and flight crew fuel lavatory oil catering baggage assistance special requests etc. . Tow aircraft on ramp area and in out of hangars. Complete all required paperwork fuel slips etc. . Interview and discipline line personnel subject to GM approval . Verify all fuel quality control inspections have been regularly completed. Complete reviews for line technicians Ensure all equipment is in proper working order. Ensure all new line technicians have been properly trained and all line personnel adhere to recurrent training program. Ensure compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations FAR&39;s . Ability to work overtime as necessary. Creative problem-solver with the ability to multi-task. Must be courteous tactful and friendly as there is considerable contact with customers employees and company visitors. Required Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with driving record acceptable to Company policy. At least 18 months’ experience in Line Service and Knowledgeable of ATA 103. Strong communication skills required both verbal and written. Must have good interpersonal and verbal skills in order to interface with customers and employees. Must have knowledge of safety practices in handling highly combustible and explosive fuels.
