At Air Comm Corp – best idea wins! Material Handler I AM this is an hourly position that will report to the Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor. The Material Handler I performs work which includes several "traditional" job classifications such as stock handler inventory and shipping and receiving. Work may be performed as an individual contributor or in a team environment. May be trained or licensed to operate material handling equipment. Expected to pack and complete each component within an expected time frame and without deficiency. Duties include • Kit packing of aircraft hardware. • Light production and assembly. • Coordination of kits and spare parts order for daily shipping. • Stocking pulling and packing of systems and subsystems. • Packages bundles prepares product for shipment and receiving. • Moving of product using hand truck and other equipment. • Understands and meets quality standards. • Supports new ideas and helps to implement them. • Follows detailed instructions and reports any deviation to lead supervisor. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements The candidate for this position should possess • High School diploma or GED. • High attention to detail. • Basic math skills. • Ability to execute department work instructions. • Knowledge of AS9100 regulations unique to their operation. • Previous experience in a parts pulling environment preferred. • Valid Driver’s License. • Basic Computer Skills. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
