Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the maintenance of multiple HRIS systems including EV2 Honeywell Excel Security System. This position is responsible for supporting the staffing process by entering data into ACCESS and Horizon badging employees and maintaining HR records.

Essential Functions:
20% Process incoming PAF’s by reviewing forms data entering into the Horizon system Transfers Promotions New Hires Mass Changes Personal Data changes etc…

10% Produce custom reports off the ADP/EV2 system for both internal (HR) and external (e.g. Safety Department) clients
