Minimum Qualifications
Three years minimum airport experience in the area of ticketing, Domestic or International. Two years airport experience in a gate function. Working knowledge of Sabre computer system in Focus and STARs. Demonstrate effective communication skills. Must have a working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations. Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure in a call center environment. Effective rating on latest employee evaluation. Cannot be on any type of disciplinary or attendance level.
