Contact Center Shift Coordinator Duties
Brief Job Description: Individual to join the AirTran Reservation Team and accept the responsibility of promoting a positive and productive relationship with AirTran employees and customers. Will be accountable for the day-to-day operation of the reservation center including meeting service level goals and maintaining an effective and efficient operation. Must be goal oriented and flexible in accepting assignments. Will be accountable for call distribution between ATL and SAV Reservation offices.
