1. BS Degree in Engineering (AE preferred).
2. Experience or academic emphasis in structural analysis and Computer Aided Design (CAD).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
4. Flexible and ability to work under pressure meeting short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to work well in a team-based environment.
