Brief Job Description:
Manage the daily servicing of customers through incoming phone calls. Responsible for assigned team of reservation agents productivity including time accountability call handling and the accurate dissemination of information to AirTran customers.

Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing evaluation of telephone and problem solving skills through call monitoring and individual meetings. Provide coaching when necessary
Front line counseling for attendance and goal setting. General advocate for reservation agent general needs
Ensure assigned team adheres to established policies and procedures.
Conduct team meetings and briefings
Record and evaluate data associated with incentives and recognition programs
