Project Leader is responsible for competitive and tactical

for the US Airways Dividend Miles program. Manage staff

Assist with the timely preparation and review of monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting
schedules for US Airways Group and its subsidiaries (including
US Airways). Ensure that the aforementioned statements and
schedules comply with GAAP and SEC regulations. Research
complex technical accounting issues to determine proper
accounting treatment and financial statement impact. Review
of RSPA Form 41 reports filed quarterly with the DOT (including
related analytical review). Communicate with the DOT to

Data Warehouse to perform the data analysis. Become the
subject matter expert of the Data Warehouse and the associated

and expansion of the data tables and the query products.

BENEFITS PLANNING MANAGER

DUTIES:
1. Develops and executes long-term benefits strategies consistent
with overall total rewards, to implement with all employee
groups, including contract employees.
2. Develops total benefit rewards strategies by incorporating
competitive, economic and demographic shifts and trends.
3. Prioritizes changes in benefit programs to be negotiated
together with Labor Relations. Develops project plan to
identify benchmarks and best practices and works with HR
and Labor relations to incorporate them into negotiation
strategy.
4. Consults with Finance Organization on matters related
to expense, funding and other financial issues related to
Company benefit plans. Coordinates work of actuaries and
other outside vendors to measure cost savings or expenditures
due to potential changes in benefit plans.

This position is charged with the responsibility for providing
support to Labor Relations and Human Resources in financial
analysis, negotiation, arbitration and administrative issues
related to the Company's health, welfare and pension benefit
plans. The incumbent in this position will address funding,
design and cost reduction strategies related to health,
welfare and pension benefits. The second major area of responsibility
for this position is the administration of the pilot stock
option program. This position will partner with Finance
and Labor Relations to ensure the administration of all
aspects of the pilot stock option program including allocation

Design and develop new products and databases to meet the
company's rapidly growing need to conduct electronic commerce
via the Internet and expand US Airways' presence in similar

Work closely with other areas in the department or with
other departments throughout the company to successfully
lead the Electronic Commerce and Distribution department
through all aspects of the product/project design and construct
process including:
- writing technical specifications and product requirements
- developing and distributing RFP's as necessary
