Develop periodic reports to support Country: Director, Regional Business Manager and Sales Managerson business strategies, analysis and recommendations. Stay in tune and be always informed about economic and political changes that can impact our business negative or positive and inform both local and CSC teams. Produce reports, supporting leadership on building business cases, analyzing opportunity markets, corporate statistics, and competitive actions. Active interaction with Sales Resources, Corporate Programs and PRM departments.
Job overview and responsibilities
• Coordinate the implementation, analysis and measurement of all commission programs, including upfront, backend and frontline incentives, having all properly documented for audit, shared with ADP and finance.
• Coordinate the implementation, analysis and measurement of corporate agreements, working as liaison between the local office and sales resources/corporate programs from the creation deals, evaluation of discounts and monitoring contracts performance, among others.
• Develops sales and financial reports utilizing internal and external sources such as BSP Data, FPS, Sales Insight, Data warehouse, PRISM and OAG. Develops ad-hoc reports, supporting leadership on building business cases, analyzing opportunity markets, corporate statistics, and competitive actions. Provide data and support the local team developing presentations.
• Communicate time-sensitive competitive actions with other groups such as Revenue Management, Pricing, Finance, Technology, and Scheduling. Summarize and present findings and recommendations to the management team. Keep leadership up to date with regional financial, political developments and news.
+ 3+ years’ experience conducting analysis required
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
+ Expertise in Microsoft Office, database query and strong Excel modeling knowledge required
+ Strong analytical skills related to numbers and graphics and financial acumen required
+ Maintaining stable performance under pressure; handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and to the organization
+ Must be fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
+ Must be proactive, detail oriented and highly committed, driven by individual development and team collaboration
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
+ Master’s Degree preferred
+ Experience in Finance, Pricing, Revenue Management and Technology preferred
+ Knowledge of FPS (Financial Profitability Systems), Oracle, Teradata, Sales Insight and OAG preferred
+ Some travel required
+ Must be eligible to live and work in country without visa sponsorship/support
+ Regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with Uniteds policies is required
