Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Understand all TSA Regulated Material for Cargo Screening.Pass all Initial and Annual TSA Required Training and Testing for the use of Physical Screening Advanced Technology X-Ray and Explosives Trace Detection.Understand and effectively communicate all requirements on how Cargo is Accepted and Screened.Demonstrate effectively all relevant Cargo Screening Procedures.Efficiently complete all required reporting requirements.Effectively communicate Procedures with Relevant Regulatory Agencies and as part of regular audits.Effectively communicate with relevant Management and Security Personnel in resolving issues in Cargo Screening.Performs all other duties as assigned by management.Reports to Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager depending on size of unit.Activities overseen by Lead or Senior Lead depending on size of unit.Salary Range:$14.15 + $0.50 per hour Cargo Screening PremiumEducation: High school diploma or GEDRequirements: Must be a U.S. CitizenMust be able to read write and speak EnglishMust complete an FBI fingerprint check (SIDA Badge) and a confirmed 10-year background check (10 year listed; 5 year verified)Must be able to bend push and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis in order to perform the essential functions of the job.Must be at least 18 years old.Must hold a valid U.S. drivers licenseCommunication Skills: Possess written and oral communication skills in English. Environmental Requirements: Works non standard work hours evenings weekends holidays.
