Position Summary Develop and maintain processes procedures and KPIs as assigned. Develop processes by collecting logistics information used to provide a more efficient dependable system for notifying customers of shipping details and tracking information on a daily basis. Perform a variety of routine clerical tasks and duties such as preparation of documents and records in accordance with detailed instructions or standard practices. Work within ERP system (SAP) to learn and develop skills and support the overall department. Primary Responsibilities - Development Processes for Customer Notification and Internal KPI Reporting: 65% - Develop Microsoft Office and Google G Suite Skills - Establish process and procedure for providing customers with shipping details and tracking information - Maintain weekly and monthly reporting and measurementof KPIs as assigned - Develop processes to enable paperless reporting for internal metrics - Propose new ways simplify tasks regularly as skills increase - Work regularly with CSR and AOG CSR Team members to coordinate customer order details and transmit information - Export Data from SAP to analyse and present in presentation format through Microsoft Office Suite an Google G Suite - SAP Microsoft Office Google Suite and other Systems: 25% - Develop procedures for daily / weekly updates for internal reporting and customer delivery dates using SAP and Google G Suite - Develop skills and understanding of logistics processes to help improve customer communication - Learn financial impact of how process impact customer satisfaction and On Time delivery to plan (OTR5b) - Extract data within SAP perform data analysis using pivot tables in Microsoft Office and Google G Suite and other systems as required per the process requirements - Learn Sales Order Parts Pricing and Order Entry functions in SAP - Task Assignments: 10% - Log or perform clerical duties as needed - Work closely with Manager and Supervisor of Command Center on daily tasks - Coordinate with Airbus DFW Warehouse and Logistics teams for AOG and Counter to Counter logistics details - Learn to all aspects throughout to support customers both internal and external. - Be a backup to CSR positions when a co-worker is out of the office - Attend meetings as assigned. Report necessary information to management as needed Additional Responsibilities - Other duties as assigned. Education Qualified Experience / Skills / Training: Required - High school diploma and currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program. Required Experience: - Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite with heavy emphasis on Excel. - Requires no formal work experience.
