The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Staff Analyst to join their team in Palmdale, CA.

This position is in direct support of the Site Leader and Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for staffing plans, indirect cost tracking, capital planning, monthly data evaluations of performance and quality metrics, and participation in strategic planning for Long Range Business Plans. This role offers interaction with entire management team and supporting staff.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan

  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings

  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources

  • Delivers informational or technical materials

  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options

  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget

  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements

  • Develops and deploys localized training content

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Palmdale, CA location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data and generating metrics reports

  • 3+ years of experience managing a project with budget considerations

  • Experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues in an operations environment

  • Experience coordinating and scheduling meetings

  • A high attention to detail, self-starter, results driven

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Associate’s degree or higher

  • Active U.S. Secret Clearance or above

  • Organized with strong time-management skills

  • Experience in supporting multiple levels of management

  • Experience with development of executive level briefings for monthly data analysis

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
