The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), Executive Transport Services and Support (ETS & S) E-4B team is seeking a Senior Program Integration Support Analyst located in San Antonio, TX.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).
Oversight, and management responsibility (including performance management & reporting) for a portfolio of small to medium size projects in support of organizational the goals and objectives.
Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements.
Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.
Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.
Provides assessment of team performance to appropriate management.
Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation.
Provides in depth analysis; identify lessons learned, provide historical reports to incorporate into future project plans.
Provides input of team member performance to management, where appropriate.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in San Antonio, TX.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
A Bachelors degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
Experience with program management / project management
Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience leading a cross-functional team
Effective time management, communication, technical writing, presentation development, facilitation, and organizational skills
Experience working within a fast-paced team environment which requires strong communication skills to frequently interact with program leadership, internal and external customer representatives, and development teams
Experience as a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills, and a focus on translating technically complex issues into simple, easy to understand concepts
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working directly with the United States Air Force customer
Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) Contract execution
Modification, Repair & Overhaul Experience
Technical bachelor’s degree and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 7 or more years’ or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
