The Boeing Company’s Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) organization is looking for a Mid-Level Strategic Data Analyst to join their Foundational Training Center team in Everett, Washington!

As a Mid-Level Strategic Data Analyst, you will play an integral part of continuously improving the learning experience of our new employees in a fast paced and dynamic work environment, where there is rarely a dull moment and we strive to be a fun, diverse and engaging team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional learning leaders to coordinate, plan, monitor, report on, and optimize Foundational Training Center program offerings and communications that enhance the business to achieve key performance goals

  • Partner with learners, managers and key business partners to assess effectiveness of the Foundational Training Centers based on data to refine training experience for maximum impact

  • Support integration, innovation and standardized approach in process improvement for several Foundational Training Centers

  • Partner in managing projects and providing status updates by storytelling with data

  • Leverage user centered design and an agile approach to implement projects on established timelines; completing deliverables, supporting budgets and resources

  • Identify, collaborate with, and develop partnerships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver on projects

  • Gather, organize and interpret data provided (new employee orientation to the Boeing Company, their reporting to shop, etc.)

  • Organize, manage and implement projects in support of improving learner experience through partnership with our training analysts, staffing focals, mangers, curriculum developers and instructors

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience analyzing/interpreting large volumes of data and presenting your findings to others

  • 3+ years of experience in a role using business acumen and understanding

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics

  • 3+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects

  • Experience with and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working in learning and development or talent management organizations

  • Experience with User Centered Design and Agile Methodology

  • Provide and receive positive and constructive feedback effectively

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Experience consulting with and building effective relationships with learning and business partners at all levels (teammates to executives)

  • Experience interpreting and explaining complex information to a range of audiences and building consensus among different stakeholders

  • High level of productivity and ability to independently manage tasks to meet deadlines

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically 6 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience.  Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $110,400
