Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for motivated Supply Chain Operations Procurement Agents (Experienced or Senior) (Levels 3 and 4) to join our teams located in Everett, Washington and Renton, Washington.

Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, leading negotiation and contracting strategies.
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.
Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.
Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
Performs some level of system transactions, data entry, prepares and presents technical information as needed.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
1+ years’ experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Able to travel both domestically and internationally, up to 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years’ experience in supplier/customer leadership engagement and program executive & manufacturing interface
1+ years’ experience in Supplier Health/Key Performance Indicators, Rate Readiness capability and capacity assessment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point, OneNote, SharePoint)
Level 4: 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Procurement Agent Level 3:
Typically, 6 or more years related work experience or military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Procurement Agent Level 4:
Typically, 10 or more years related work experience or military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range Level 3: $79,900 - $108,100
Summary pay range Level 4: $102,000 - $138,000
