We are looking for an individual that will work within Enterprise Architecture, Standards and Delivery (EASD) in the Enterprise Tools & Automation (ETA) organization. These roles will support the ServiceNow enterprise program known as the External Global Service Engagement Platform (eGSEP) for the Jeppesen ServiceNow instance. The selected candidates will be part of the ETA organization and will work closely with other ETA team members both in the US and India various ITSM process owners within Jeppesen.
This Architect position on the eGSEP program be working with the other architects supporting the IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT Business Management and IT Asset Management implementation of the ServiceNow platform. This program includes deploying best practices and industry best practices.
The candidate will work across the organization and interact with a diverse range of people and systems acting as leader. We expect team member to demonstrate initiative and eager to learn, be adaptable, and have exhibit a fundamental understanding of architecture views and models, evaluates feasibility of architecture solutions and suitability for integration into delivery system environments and knowledge of data and information management products and service standards.
This project will use the SAFe framework to have iterative sprints and releases.

- eGSEP technical team lead
- Strong customer engagement skills
- Creates and maintains a detailed view of existing architecture
- Aligns ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap
- Provides architectural controls and analysis of impacts for new requirements
- Identifies opportunities to combine similar solution needs
- Provides leadership and participates in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform
- Contributes to governance processes
- Stays current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- ServiceNow platform experience
- Software as a service (SaaS) experience,
- Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF)
- AD & S, Data and Process Modeling
- Database management knowledge
- Automated Testing and Validation
- Azure DevOps (ADO), SAFe/ AGILE
Typical Education / Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience Master and typically 3 or more years related work experience.
