Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for a First-Line Manufacturing Manager (level K) based out of Everett, WA to support the Fabrication Team on 2nd Shift

The successful candidate must be able to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines. To include engine and strut pre-assemble, engine and strut build up.
  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, suppliers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Executes and leads in the One BPS process.
  • Engages and promote a safety culture.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to work any shift assigned, including overtime and weekends.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
  • 1+ years of experience performing in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of fabrication experience.

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
