The Jet Admin will assist the Jet Ownership Advisor(s) with all aspects of the pre-delivery through post-delivery process.Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions Ensure every customers experience is a positive one and place the needs and expectations of the customer first Facilitate all pre-owned transfers - update ownership and accountable manager in Salesforce follow up on new Jetstream documents and update subscriptions so that there isnt a gap in service coverage Assist pre-owned partners with necessary information for pre-owned closings Review and update SOPs and create new as needed Review the keycode information in Salesforce Learn and understand Salesforce for recording orders Cross check all configurations Learn to use ERP to create customer and sales order numbers Assist with cancelations and subsequent refunds requests Assist with processing payments (initial deposits progress payments final payments and Cirrus Bucks) If necessary reach out and coordinate with customer regarding initial deposit Learn to maintain and revise checklist for proficiency Archive closed files Maintain close relationships with contacts at Jeppesen Garmin Sirius XM Order Jet Models for customers post delivery Order and pick up Jet Cirrus Experience for upcoming deliveries Will be required to perform other duties as requested directed or assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
