ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Assists Shop Operations with day to day requirements of various projects data entry schedule updates etc.• Clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by Shop Manager.• Development and updating of all database needs.• Assists in tracking and managing training/recurrent training requirements for personnel.• Conduct oneself in accordance with Company’s Core Values.• Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:• 2 years’ experience required in an administrative and/or office environment. Maintenance or service related field experience is preferred.• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with team members to compile and deliver information. • Preferred experience with an electronic file maintenance and tracking system. • Required to read write and speak English proficiently.• Ability to multi-task and be organized in a deadline driven environment.• Ability to work in a high paced environment with ever-changing priorities.• Excellent time management and organizational skills demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as in a team oriented setting on various projects with multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast past environment.• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn additional customized computer programs and software; requires intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint. • Experience with SharePoint is preferred.• Ability to work independently and in a team orientated environment.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts.
