Set-up conduct and monitor dynamic static and abuse/cycle testing including data acquisition systems.
Maintain test facility
Maintain test lab conference room
Maintain test equipment and fixtures in good working order including calibrations spare parts procurement maintenance etc.
Read and understand test plans
Design and build/oversee build test fixtures/platforms
Create and maintain internal test facility manual procedures work instructions etc.
Maintain and manage internal testing schedule
Coordinate with engineers
Keep up to date with the latest industry testing methodologies and testing equipment
Monitor and document test results
Oversee any test technicians
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Education Knowledge and Experience Education:
Technical degree Experience:
At least 4 years testing experience
Skills:
Electro/mechanical background
Knowledge of FAA/EASA requirements a plus
Independent
Professional
Mechanically inclined (familiar with shop tools)
CAD experience
Fluent in English (written oral and presentation)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
FARO experience a plus
Script/Code writing for tool set up Other:
