We are seeking a key Client Value Associate who will successfully generate pipeline for assigned accounts to increase 3DS penetration and revenue growth on a mid and long-term basis for Customer Solution Experience accounts. Note: the Client Value Associate is an entry sales position within our Customer Solution Experience direct sales channel for the Aerospace and Defense Industry. The CVA will work closely with a senior sales professional for a specified customer landscape to develop a marketing plan understand the customer challenges engage assigned customers in pipeline development activities explore the shared vision and validate leads and opportunities with the client team. What will your role be? Deliver market development plan by understanding organizational priorities strategic accounts involving 3DS Ecosystem consistent with the VALUE ENGAGEMENT process. Support the overall relationship and outcome of specific assigned accounts by contributing to the corporate customer relationship process discipline and being accountable for business outcomes. Your Success factors? Business or Engineering degree preferred. MBA preferable but not required. 1-2 years in a saoftware environment is a plus Areas of competency: Industry Knowledge Strategic Thinking Financial/Business Acumen Communication skills both written and verbal Influencing skills Interpersonal Relationship skills Cultural Knowledge and Sensitivity Accountability for Business Outcomes
