Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform.Support Value Stream Leaders during implementation of Rapid Improvement Event (RIE) action plans and objectivesSupport Functional Leaders on special projectsWork with all departments to help resolve problems and performance issuesUse SPC to develop data and analyze the resultsPerform time studies to enable the development of effective Standard WorkIdentify root cause and corrective action resourcesProvide Material Review Board (MRB) and Quality Clinic support to drive improvements on special cause issuesDevelop procedures and training for standard workSupport workflow track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Ensure that the work environment is a clean and safe work place by implementing the 6S initiativeDeploy the Total Production Maintenance (TPM) audit process throughout the organization to assess benefits map and facilitate the processPartner with Value Stream CI and Facilities teams on machine moves and plant layoutParticipate in training as required5-10% Domestic Travel requiredMust be able to lift push or pull at least 20 lbs.Work usually performed in a combination of office and plant setting.Must be a US Person as defined by US Government and able to work without restriction with ITAR related data.Must be able to read write understand and speak English at a functional level.Executes duties as assigned by supervisorRequirements:Possesses great decision-making skills (is logical and results oriented)Pays attention to detail through structured analysisIs creative and very energetic (lots of aptitude and great attitude)Is results oriented and meets customer expectations throughout the processExhibits excellent verbal and written communication skillsDisplays leadership skills and functions well within a teamIs always dependable and organizedDemonstrates good PC skillsCan read blueprints (Optional can be taught)Uses SyteLine (On-the-job training provided for this CI analytics software)AAP StatementHanwha Aerospace USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
