Eaton has an immediate opening for a customer and sales oriented Sales Engineer to join and strengthen the Finland sales organization by focusing on our channel partners and electrical contractors. We are looking for someone with experience of the electrical sector and products with know-how in automation and low voltage products circuit protection power distribution or UPS devices. An extensive network of contacts with contractors and wholesalers is necessary for success in this role. The role of Sales Engineer offers a great opportunity to not only develop yourself as a salesperson but you’ll also be able to develop Eaton’s ability to sell low voltage and UPS devices as well as develop Eaton’s product and service portfolio aimed at electrical contractors. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with electrical wholesalers design offices and contractors. Be an active player in the field of contractors and wholesalers developing Eaton’s product offering to better meet customer requirements and needs. Familiarize yourself with bids from contractors and wholesalers to design solutions and create offers utilizing Eaton’s broad product portfolio. Develop and organize training seminars and webinars for contractors and wholesalers and present material at other similar events. Assume responsibility for building your own sales funnel and achieving your business goals. Qualifications A pragmatic and ambitious mindset. Sufficient experience in the electrical sector with relevant know-how in electrical distribution circuit protection and power protection. Ability to interpret electro-technical drawings and designs. A desire to challenge yourself in order to get results for yourself and for Eaton.
