JOB OVERVIEW

Performs disassembly and re-assembly steps with minimal instruction.

Responsibilities:

  • Follows operation sheets engineering drawings and engineering change orders in completion of the re-assembly tasks.
  • Exercisescareto ensure that each step in the process is completed correctly and that each re-assembly meets the quality specifications.
  • Notifiestheappropriate personnelof any problems associated with the disassembly or re-assembly process.
  • Maintains records asrequiredto charge direct labor time to specific product amounts.
  • Performs duties using a variety of hand tools and related production equipment.
  • Provides training and mentoring for other employees asrequired.
  • Performs other routine operations withinfairly similarsituations asrequired.
  • Provide written and/or oral communications concerning a variety of situations.
  • Keeps workstation tools and equipment in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Understands andcomplieswithall Company safetyrulesand regulations.
  • Engages andparticipatesin aself-directed teaming environment.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • +3 yearsof manufacturing experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
  • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Pass pre-employment drug testing per FAA/DOT regulations. NOTE: This position is subject to random drug and alcohol testing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IPC-A-610 Certification
  • J-STD-001 Certification
  • IPC-7711 Certification

Job Demands:

Work is performed in a Shop environment and requires the ability to perform extensive standing driving walking and climbing; to lift up to 50lbs. regularly; to manipulate up to 100lbs. with assistance. Must be able to bend stoop climb to reach materials and work in a noisy environment.
