Job Overview:

Firefly Drone Shows is looking to fill multiple Pilot positions to command the Company s

innovative drone fleets. The main responsibility of the Pilot (RPIC) will be to safely set up test and execute large-scale drone show operations while acting as team lead on-site. The company is looking for hard-working ambitious individuals with strong interest in being on the forefront of the growing drone swarm industry. The role of the RPIC is crucial in maintaining the professional image and showmanship of Firefly Drone Shows. The position will require domestic and international travel based on client engagements with an average of six - ten days per month.


Responsibilities:

Drone show execution including diligently performing on-site operating procedures to ensure safety and compliance.

Fleet management/maintenance.

Make go no-go show decisions based on safety weather and unforeseen situations.

Lead and direct the Firefly team on-site.

Monitor and quickly address issues of drone fleet during performance.


Required Qualifications:

Part 107 or Part 61 Certified Pilot.

Previous client facing services experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree (aeronautics aerospace engineering computer science).

Two years experience with tech-based company.
