This includes the overall direction coordinating implementation execution control and completion of specific training and instructional projects ensuring consistency with company strategy commitments and goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Conduct job/task analysis. Identify and recommend appropriate training. Design appropriate evaluation tools such as tests or practical exercises. Develop metrics and track cost vs. benefits of training programs. Analyze workmanship that pertains to scrap data and focus training on areas of greatest need. Maintain trainee personnel training records. Lead the planning development and implementation of assigned training/instructional projects. Work with Production Trainer to develop training materials. Conduct classroom instruction on selected subjects. Other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneRequirementsPosition Requirements/Preferences: Accredited college degree preferably in Instructional Design Instructional Technology or related field. Previous training and/or product experience or one-year related training experience required. An equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable. Experience with Programming of Web-Based Training (WBT). Experience using Adobe Captivate desirable. Excellent written communication skills experience with technical writing a plus. Ability to develop and proof training materials required. Adobe InDesign experience desirable. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with Microsoft Access programming a plus. Video production experience including scripting shooting and editing with Adobe Premiere desirable. Ability to work at all levels of an organization from brand new hires to the Chief Executive Officer.
