Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Complies with the station’s attendance/tardiness standards.
+ Maintain and/or install plumbing fixtures line valves sewer storm drains and waste disposal equipment.
+ Ensure facility conformance to local state and national building codes and regulations.
+ Repair/modify compressors and steam cleaning equipment.
+ Constructs building additions partitions and modifications and make or repair wooden items such as cabinets shelves and test stands.
+ Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
+ Maintain electrical circuitry and elements.
+ Install repair heating and refrigeration units.
+ Assist in preparing job estimates as required.
+ Perform janitorial duties as necessary.
+ Follow safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education
Required
+ High School or better
