Reports to: AR Manager | AR Supervisor
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth TX | DFW
Pay: $24.50/HR - $25.96/HR.
Main accountabilities include:
+ Cash duties include booking all daily cash activity via journal entry.
+ Oversee work queues to ensure operational needs are met accurately and efficiently.
+ Understands the function of correctly posting cash and performing General Ledger transfers.
+ Ability to work in multiple ERP systems with basic understanding of money transference.
+ Ability to work and understand multiple bank accounts.
+ Daily reconciliation of daily cash posting to daily bank deposit.
+ Solid understanding of remit information from a customer payment.
+ Excellent Data Entry Skills with extremely high accuracy rate.
+ Excellent reconciliation and research skills.
+ Ability to understand the use of multiple email inboxes and their functions.
+ Understand Commercial Bank Sites and look up payment information.
+ Process Credit Card payments and refunds.
+ Process journal entry for bad debt write offs and maintain supporting documentation.
+ Ability to work with multiple currencies.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Assist with month-end close reporting.
+ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and get along well with others.
+ Must be able to interface with internal and external auditors as required.
+ Ability to think creatively and make complex decisions.
+ Reconcile customer accounts as needed.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
Physical Job Requirements:
+ Must be willing to work long hours and weekends if necessary.
+ Must be able to perform well under pressure.
+ Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and can look at a computer for extended periods of time.
+ Ability to maintain a professional demeanor within a very hectic work environment.
+ Can learn quickly and work well with minimal supervision.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Must pass pre-employment background screening.
+ Ability to safely lift up-to 25 pounds.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities required:
+ 2-year degree or 2 years of equivalent experience.
+ Expertise in Excel and experience with modular accounting systems.
+ Prior experience in accounts receivable and cash application.
+ Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to plan prioritize and complete projects within mission critical deadlines.
+ Excellent customer service skills in person on the phone and in writing.
+ Aviation awareness a plus.
