The RSA positionis asupportservices positionwhose work routineis established andfollows asetof procedures/.Itgenerallyfunctionsunderclose supervisorydirectionor guidance ofthe Customer Service Reps Supervisors or Ramp Managers/.Responsibilities:+ Marshall aircraftontheramp/(includes directing assisting and parking all arriving departing andtowed aircraft/)Service aircraft as neededincluding:
- lavatory service
- water service
- cabin cleaning
- other services as needed
+ Aircraft de/-icing / anti/-icing
+ Crew shuttle
+ Loading and unloadingof aircraft baggage and cargo
+ Perform safe andefficient operationsof allground service equipment
+ Responsibleformaintaining safety and security of aircraft
+ Miscellaneous duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:+ Possess a valid Drivers License
+ Be atleast 18yearsofage
+ Must bewillingtoworkininclementweather
+ Good communicationskills
+ Must be a U/.S/. citizen or show proofofrighttoworkintheU/.S/.
+ High School graduate orGED

+ Speak effectively one/-to/-one and before groups of customers or employees of the organizationMath Skills:+ Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals/.Reasoning Abilities:+ Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral diagram form/.
+ Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations/.Physical Demands:Moderate/.
RSA on occasion may lift or move /(with help/) up to 200 pounds and/or more frequently lift or move 60 pounds/. RSAs are regularly required to use hands talk hear bend climb stoop kneel stand and walk/.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to focus/.
RSAs routinely work outside for a portion and are exposed to all types of weather conditions/.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can vary dramatically depending on location and time of day/. Use of provided hearing protection or acceptable alternative is required/.
