THIS CONTRACT HAS BEEN AWARDED - WE ARE NOW HIRING Job Summary:Schedulingisa challengingdynamicprocess.Theapprovedprintedschedulenormallyrequiresnumerouschangesduetoaircraftmechanicalproblemsmedicalissuesflightevaluationrequirementsexpiringeventcurrenciesdeploymentsandstudenttrainingcontinuity.Weatherconditionsandotherfactorsbeyondthecontrolofthescheduleralsolimitflyingopportunities.Responsibilities:+ Coordinatewiththetrainingofficertrainingnon-commissioned officer (NCO)squadronaviationresourcemanagement(SARM)Unit DeploymentManager(UDM)andOperationsOfficer(DO) toarrangeascheduletofacilitateoperationsqualificationupgradetestexercisesandcontinuationtrainingaccomplishmenttomeetrequiredcurrencyandprogressionstandardsin accordance with (IAW)DOpriorities.+ Buildlong-andshort-rangeshiftschedulestoensurefullcoverageofallaircrewinstructorevaluatorsupportpersonnelandsupervisorpositions.+ Build device utilization schedules to ensure student throughput requirements Government Use Time (GUT) Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) exercises testing events and all other device-specific activities are met and comply with contractual requirements.+ Coordinatewithseniorsquadronleadershiponadailyandweeklybasis.Coordinatewithsimulator contractorsasrequiredforsimulatorevents.+ Trackcrewmemberleavetemporarydutyscheduledmedicalappointmentsorotherscheduling commitments and backfill their absences.Contractorwillde-conflictcrewmemberschedulesandcoordinatewithflightleadershiptoensure crewmembersare availabletomeetassignedsortietaskings.+ Trackdailyflight/ground/academictrainingrequirementsandaccomplishmentstofacilitateaccurateflightschedulinginsupportofthe DO.Tothemaximumextentpossiblescheduleaircrewbasedon experiencetomitigateOperationalRiskManagement(ORM)asdetailedinAMCI90-903AviationORM.
