Job Description:

NOLA Aviation is seeking a Licensed A&P Mechanic.

Shift work to include weekdays, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Ability to perform routine repair on all types of large aircraft including Line MX, EMB 175/190, MD 80, B737, B757, A319/320

Ability to work with no supervision, completing tasks in a timely fashion

Ability to troubleshoot, identify problems, make repairs and document all work performed

Ability to ensure airworthiness of aircraft

Must be able to communicate in a professional manner with maintenance control, air crew and ground crew

Must comply with all safety and security procedures at all times

Must comply with company, airline and FAA Regulations

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years experience as a commercial aircraft mechanic including on line maintenance and multi type aircraft
A&P License Current
High School Diploma or Higher
Working knowledge of aircraft engines, hydraulics and fuel systems
Must be able to read, write and speak the English Language

Must be able to pass DOTD Drug & Alcohol Testing at time of hire and periodically throughout course of employment

Must fulfill FAA security screening requirements, including background check and recurrent testing, to secure airport credentials including but not limited to CBP
