Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World Aviation Support Equipment (SE/AGE) Program Manager Note: This posting is for a contract we are awaiting Government award. Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World Program Manager Senior (Aviation Support Equipment SE/AGE) Duties Experience Skills Requirements and Information: This position acts as overall manager and administrator with respect to Navy aircraft SE Program or Project contract requirements. The position serves as the primary interface and point of contact with the (COR) on technical program/project and contract administration issues. Oversees contractor personnel program/project operations Plans directs or coordinates the operations of the contract. Formulating policies managing daily operations and planning the use of materials and human resources. Supervises program/project operation by developing engineering technical and management procedures and controls planning and directing project execution monitoring and reporting progress. The work requires management or acquisition experience and employment of program/project resources and controls management of the financial and administrative aspects of the program/project. A minimum of 15 years experience in DOD Aircraft SE Acquisitions. A minimum of 5 years must have been in the previous 15 years in support of the Navy Aircraft SE acquisition Ability to work well as a team and as an individual with minimal supervision. Must possess a valid drivers license All candidates will be required to pass Drug Screenings Note: This job description describes the general nature of the duties and requirements of the job. Education Required: A Masters degree in engineering or business from an accredited college or university. Engineering discipline (aerospace civil computer electrical electronics industrial materials mechanical nuclear) from an accredited college or university. Security Clearance(required): Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD Secret Security clearance throughout employment.
