Role:
Parsons is seeking an Aerospace Engineer II to support the Systems Simulation Software and Integration (S3I) Directorate Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) to develop sustain integrate and test system of systems.
Parsons will provide expertise to develop enhance evaluate and maintain the current suite of distributed digital simulation and system of systems unique development facilities for the CCDC AvMC S3I Directorate Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) / Virtual Simulators Mission Area.
S3I provides responsive development and delivery of aviation and missile total life cycle systems engineering prototyping cyber software protective technologies and systems simulation engineering enabling delivery of solutions to the Warfighter.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform engineering duties in designing constructing and testing
- Conduct basic and applied research to evaluate adaptability of materials and equipment to product design and manufacture
- Recommend improvements in testing equipment and techniques
appropriate.
Qualifications:
- BS degree and typically 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Active Secret Clearance
