Are you passionate about jet aviation?

Do you love creative troubleshooting and solving technical problems?

Do you crave a job that provides work flexibility and the stability of a home base?

We’re looking for a full-time Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) with a valid Airframe & Powerplant certification to join our dynamic team in Henderson, Nevada.

In this vital role, you’ll provide scheduled and unscheduled service, maintenance, and inspections for aircraft systems, powerplant, airframe and components, for our fleet of twin-engine charter jets conducting operations under Part 135.

A few great perks & benefits of this position are:

  • Fixed-base job with minimal travel
  • Flexible work hours and scheduling
  • Salaried position + bonuses
  • Medical, Vision, dental options available
  • 401k
  • Based in fabulous & sunny Las Vegas, Nevada.
  • Relocation assistance available

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for this critical position. We are looking only for those who have a positive work ethic and an innate drive to get things accomplished with excellence.

While most work is performed in our home-base hangar facility, we all know the nature of unscheduled maintenance; there are times we’ll ask you to travel with us, though we aim to be “home by dinner.” And occasionally you’ll be working out in the elements, so you’ll need to be capable of handling weather extremes.

We offer a flexible work environment, particularly flexible hours and scheduling—we believe in getting our jobs done well, rather than merely punching the clock. While we offer flexibility, we also ask for flexibility. We run a fast-paced dynamic operation which sometimes requires early or late shifts, weekends and holidays.

We value proactive people who demonstrate clear-headed critical thinking and show exceptional insight when facing technical problems. We believe that good maintenance is about getting to the root cause of things, not just blindly throwing parts at it until it works.

Minimum Requirements:

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
  • DOT Anti-drug and alcohol compliance

It helps if you have your own tools and previous turbine experience, but we’re looking for excellent and motivated people first and foremost, so everything else follows.

Salary Range: 52,000-75,000 based on prior experience and seniority.
