The Outside Sales Representative role involves managing sales across the U.S. and building strong relationships with clients in the aerospace and automobile industries. This position focuses on identifying customer needs providing tailored solutions and driving business growth by leveraging knowledge of CNC processes and specialized metals such as titanium and copper. Location: Headquarters is in Twin Falls Idaho Remote Position: Candidate can live anywhere in the U.S. Travel across the country is required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers identifying their needs and providing tailored product or service solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows industry events and client meetings to promote offerings and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets within the aerospace industry.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using sales management software.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of CNC processes and equipment with the ability to effectively communicate with technical teams.
  • Deep knowledge of metallurgy including experience with complex materials like titanium copper and other aerospace-grade metals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients across the U.S.

 

Educational and Additional Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the U.S. to meet customers and attend events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) and sales management software.
