The FAA Repair Station Customer Service Representative is responsible for professional level sales support and/or the selling of good interacts with customers prior to and/or after sale and develops and maintains positive customer relations. The selected candidate will coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a customer either from a financial or product standpoint.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but not limited to :Review OEM and Customer Sales Proposals and product support agreements to identify contractual obligations such as extended warranty repair pricing exceptions buyback/exchange campaigns in support of the Repair Station.Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.Review warranty claims and determine status.Review contract items specific to the repair station requirements for processing of customer articles.Answer customers questions about products prices availability or credit terms. Review and determine validity of repair related claims and address reasons for denial or issue a request for credit.Quote prices credit terms or other bid specifications and provides quotations to customers in a timely manner.Investigate and resolve invoice disputes ensure a clear audit trail and provide documents for financial audits.Act with delegated authority to commit the Company in matters that have significant financial impact.Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.Provide customer support and education working with users to identify needs determine sources of problems or to provide information on product use.Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.May assess potential application of company products to meet customer needs.Estimates date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of own firms inventory production and delivery schedules.
