With a focus on business impact and alignment with culture youll drive creative thinking and operational rigor across all TA systems and processes. Your curiosity and commitment to learning about our business and building strong collaborative relationships across the organization will set an essential foundation enabling you to deliver programs that will help us meet our aggressive growth and quality objectives. In partnership with other leaders across the global People and Culture team you will deliver results to the business through a number of critical programs including university recruiting recruitment marketing diversity and inclusion employee referrals internal mobility and more. We are looking for a talent expert and organizational leader to strategically partner with the business foster relationships based on trust and credibility and have a true passion for building and developing a team.
A Day in the Life:
+ Serve as a thoughtful leader and advisor to other leaders in all areas of talent acquisition including Executive Talent Acquisition full-time professional hiring intern hiring college recruiting internal transfers contract conversions sourcing and talent attraction activities.
+ Lead develop and inspire a global team of over 50 recruiters sourcers operational experts coordinators and other recruiting specialists.
+ In coordination with key partners on the People and Culture team own candidate experience ensure that we deliver an exceptional candidate experience and actively coach your team to partner with business leaders and hiring managers to create a superb candidate experience.
+ Drive a strong talent assessment process across all hiring teams in order to deliver the best talent.
+ Drive continuous improvement accountability and operational efficiency through a metrics focused organization. Drive thought leadership around how and where to make business investments and trade-offs based on data.
+ With Senior Executives as clients determine the best way to solve executive talent gapsincluding personally executing the search for senior most talent and acting as the primary negotiator and closer with selected executive candidates
+ Partner with Finance the business and People and Culture leaders to develop credible global workforce plans and talent forecasts and develop recruiting strategies to close talent gaps.
+ Proactively gather and share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent business and organizational decisions.
+ In partnership with People and Culture systems team and IT lead the recruiting technology platform strategy and provide input for recruiting systems requirements.
+ Collaborate with internal communications and marketing teams to drive the strategy around compelling recruiting marketing campaigns .
Your Track Record:
+ 15+ years of broad recruiting and business experience required with at least 5 years managing a recruiting function building motivating and managing a high performing team and recruiting executives in a fast-growth technology company.
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. MBA or related graduate level work/degree a plus
+ Collaborative: Personally seeks perspective from others in the interest of a better outcome is a team player with leaders and colleagues; keeps others abreast of what is going on asks for input provides help when asked and offers when not asked. Works toward team wins rather than individual victories.

+ Customer Service: Brings a strong customer service mindset to internal clients being responsive to needs effectively managing expectations and driving efficiency where possible.
+ Business Acumen: Ability to translate a business strategy into an actionable recruiting strategy; desire to learn the core elements of the business and how the organization works. Good understanding of finance fundamentals
+ Results Driven: Takes initiative and consistently delivers results of the highest quality personally and through her/his staff takes accountability for ones work has a sense of urgency overcomes obstacles and ensures that results are delivered
+ Analytical : Ability to generate and analyze metrics and hard and soft data to regularly inform the work and report to management. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations and data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
