Overview
We have an amazing opportunity to join our fantastic Menzies Aviation team as a Pricing Manager. This role is responsible for all pricing for new business contract renewals change in scope or flight schedule across the Americas Region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Create review and present financial pricing models across all LOBs
+ Review and comprehend customer requests for proposals to ensure accuracy
+ Collaborate with station management and regional leadership consistently
+ Coordinate review of pricing and internal approvals
+ Detail assumptions in both written and verbal form internally and externally
+ Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals to customers
+ Provide financial advice to the region’s operations and act as a business partner
+ Create Post Investment Reviews to confirm pricing approach and assumptions
+ Provide financial support to Regional Ops leadership.
+ Management mentorship and leadership of Analysts on team.
+ Ensure adherence to Group policies on accounting controls and governance.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Required skills:
+ Relevant accounting qualification or qualification by experience.
+ General financial experience necessary and 5+ years of supervisory experience
+ Experience and skillset of communicating effectively with non-financial workstreams and providing sound actionable business advice.
+ Expertise in Excel accounting ERPs and OneStream (or similar) a plus.
+ Must have strong organization and time management skills.
+ Ability to plan prioritize and complete projects within mission critical deadlines.
+ Excellent communication skills in person on the phone and in writing.
+ Aviation industry experience is a plus.
+ Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
+ Ability to look at a computer for extended periods of time.
+ Ability to maintain a professional demeanor within a very hectic work environment.
+ Must be able to travel domestically and internationally utilizing various transportation methods.
