Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Aviation Aircraft Mechanic to join our maintenance team. This role involves performing inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance on a variety of general aviation aircraft, including piston and turboprop models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on general aviation aircraft.
  • Perform 100-hour, annual, and phase inspections in accordance with FAA regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair airframe, engine, and avionics systems.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure efficient and safe aircraft operations.
  • Assist with pre-buy inspections and customer consultations.

Qualifications

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in general aviation maintenance.
  • Proficiency with piston, turboprop and jet aircraft systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a Part 145 Repair Station environment.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tracking software.
  • Customer service experience in an aviation setting.
