GAL Aerostaff is seeking skilled and detail-oriented VIP Interior Installers for an exciting opportunity supporting high-end aircraft completions in Washington State. ?? Position Overview:

As a VIP Interior Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, modification, and refurbishment of aircraft cabin interiors to executive-level standards. This includes cabinetry, panels, seats, headliners, sidewalls, and other interior components.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Install, fit, and finish aircraft interior components to OEM and VIP standards

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and installation manuals

Work with materials such as wood veneers, laminates, composites, and leathers

Ensure alignment, functionality, and finish of all installed parts

Collaborate with interior, mechanical, and engineering teams

Maintain high safety and quality standards throughout the installation process

? Qualifications:

4+ years of aircraft interior installation experience (VIP/corporate preferred)

Strong understanding of luxury aircraft interior fit and finish standards

Familiarity with FAA guidelines for interior modification and installation

Ability to work from drawings and technical documentation, interpret blueprints

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must provide tools.
